Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about our data sources, pricing models, and service boundaries.

Where do you gather your competitive data?

We read public facing competitor websites, court booking platforms, court directories, Google local business listings, public records such as permit and registry filings, and press coverage. Every value in the report carries the source it came from and a confidence label, so you can see exactly where each fact originated. Social profiles are covered by the social add-on, which is coming soon and not yet available to purchase, and they are not part of the report itself.

How long does a Competitive Intelligence Report take to compile?

Your report is prepared and delivered by the end of the next business day. Orders placed over a weekend or a holiday are delivered by the end of the next business day that follows. You receive a confirmation email the moment your order is confirmed, and it states the exact date and time your report is due. A second email carries your private download link when the report is ready, and that link stays valid for 90 days.

How do you verify estimated data points?

Most values are not estimates: they are read directly from a public source, and the report shows that source next to the value. When a value is inferred rather than read, it carries the 'Estimated' confidence label and the value itself states what the inference was based on. Every report also reports its own coverage, including exactly how many of its fields are estimates.

Do you have access to internal booking statistics or member numbers?

No. We operate with strict adherence to privacy and legal boundaries. We do not access competitor court management software (e.g. CourtReserve), member directories, financial statements, or actual utilization reports. All findings are derived from public data and verified external checks.

Can I choose what competitor categories are monitored?

Yes. Monitoring is in development and not yet available to purchase. At launch the monthly plan will let you select up to 2 categories from: Pricing Changes, Programming & Event Changes, Membership & Offer Changes, Reviews & Sentiment Shifts, and Visibility & Promotion Activity.

How are the monitoring briefs delivered?

Monitoring briefs will be delivered directly to your email inbox on the first business day of each month. This service is in development and not yet available to purchase.
