Welcome to Net Gains IQ. These terms govern your purchase of our Competitive Intelligence Reports and recurring competitor monitoring services.

1. Scope of service

Net Gains IQ provides custom research, market snapshots, competitor lists, and operational brief summaries. The deliverables represent an informational analysis based on public, open data, manual reviews, and estimates where appropriate.

2. Limitations of liability

Our services do not constitute legal, financial, architectural, or zoning advisory opinions. Reports are designed to aid operational planning. Net Gains IQ does not guarantee competitor accuracy, real-time alert updates, or customer utilization metrics and shall not be held liable for commercial decisions or investments based on report details.

3. Billing and payments

Standard and custom reports are billed as one-time fees via secure Stripe payment links. Recurring monitoring subscriptions will commence billing only after the baseline Competitive Intelligence Report has been delivered to the client. Subscriptions may be canceled with 5 days notice before the next billing date.

4. Intellectual property

Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to share Net Gains IQ reports with internal company officers, facility partners, and authorized project investors. Reports may not be resold, repackaged, or distributed publicly without express written consent.
